Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with tatcha. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at nguoilinhxuaanly2008@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping fees for the original order are calculated and displayed at checkout and will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 1-3 business days. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at nguoilinhxuaanly2008@gmail.com as soon as possible. After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
